Russian airport pax up 13% to 112 million, cargo up 25% in 2011

Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency reported (03-Feb-2012) the following traffic highlights at Russian airports in 2011:

Passenger numbers: 112.4 million, +12.9% year-on-year;
- Domestic: 65.4 million, +11.5%;
- International: 47.0 million, +14.9%;
  - Foreign carriers: 15.9 million, +17.9%;
Cargo volume: 1.0 million tons, +25.2%;
- Domestic: 627,022 tons, +17.6%;
- International: 398,689 tons, +39.4%;
  - Foreign carriers: 104,037 tons, +10.2%.
