Russia reports cargo volume up 4% for first eight months of 2012

Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency reported (01-Oct-2012) the following top domestic carriers by cargo volume for first eight months of 2012:

• Cargo volume: 615,972 tons, +3.9% year-on-year;
  • AirBridgeCargo: 232,581 tons, -1.4%;
  • Aeroflot: 124,244 tons, +26.5%;
  • Volga-Dnepr: 43,941 tons, +7.9%;
  • Transaero: 39,807 tons, +29.6%;
  • S7: 23,218 tons, +3.8%.
