Rostourism reports decrease in domestic fares in 2017 and increasing transport availability

Russia's Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism) reported (19-Feb-2018) a 4% reduction in domestic airfares in 2017. The average return fare was RUB12,800 (EUR183).
