Qatar and Russia conclude air transport talks

Qatar's Civil Aviation Authority, via its official newsletter, announced (19-Mar-2017) the conclusion of air transport talks between Qatar and Russia on 18-Mar-2017. The talks concerned updating the countries' air transport agreement, which was signed in 1991. The parties intend to complete discussions and initial an agreement by the end of 2017.
