Qatar and Guatemala confirm open skies MoU

Qatar and Guatemala signed (03-Oct-2016) an air transport MoU, providing open skies for national carriers of both countries to operate an unlimited number of passenger and cargo flights between Doha and Guatemala, with full traffic rights.
