Qatar Airways acquires 35% stake in Cargolux

Cargolux International Airlines closed a deal with Qatar Airways on 09-Sep-2011 for the acquisition of a 35% stake in the cargo carrier, according to an Arabian Business report. Cargolux's shareholder structure is now as follows:

• Luxair: 43.4%
• Qatar Airways: 35.0%
• Banque et Caisse d'Eppargne de l'Etat: 10.9%
• Société Nationale de CCrédit et d'Investissement: 10.7%
