Prague Václav Havel Airport experienced significant growth in passenger traffic, handling 16.4 million passengers in 2024, marking an 18% increase from the previous year1. The airport's expansion plans include securing connections to over 170 destinations and increasing flight frequencies on more than 40 routes in 20242. Additionally, the airport has signed an agreement for terminal expansion to boost its capacity to 21.2 million passengers annually, as part of a strategy approved by the Czech Ministry of Finance in 20243.
