Pilot union accepts employee contribution clause in KLM restructuring package

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines announced (03-Nov-2020) pilot union VNV also signed the commitment clause for the contribution to employment conditions under KLM's restructuring plan. Netherlands' Ministry for Finance will now reevaluate the plan following the signature of all eight of KLM's union groups. KLM employees must make an employment condition contribution during the term of the government's EUR3.4 billion loan, which is expected to last until 2025.
