PIA resumed twice weekly Islamabad-Manchester service with Boeing 777 equipment on 25-Oct-2025, after receiving UK Third Country Operator approval in Sep-2025, which ended a suspension of its UK operations that had been in place since 20201 2. The UK Air Safety Committee withdrew the suspension on PIA's approval to operate scheduled services to and from the UK in Aug-20253.
