Pegasus Airlines’ board previously resolved to issue up to USD250 million of debt securities for sale outside Türkiye in one or multiple tranches, with the Capital Markets Board approving the application.1 Pegasus had earlier flagged the same USD250 million international issuance plan and said it would apply to the regulator for approval.2
