Pegasus' Pegasus Innovation Lab previously partnered with the University of California, Berkeley on joint projects spanning operational efficiency, flight safety and AI-based data-driven innovation, alongside an employee education programme in AI and data analytics.1 Pegasus also collaborated with Microsoft to leverage Azure AI Services, reporting improved satisfaction with its FlyBot virtual assistant and an HR virtual assistant.2 CEO Güliz Öztürk said Pegasus had more than 30 AI-based projects, including AI integration for dynamic ancillary pricing.3
