Parata Air suspended all services from 20-May-2023 due to financial difficulties and entered corporate rehabilitation. It planned to resume operations after securing the reinstatement of its Air Operator's Certificate, with delivery of two A330s and two A320s scheduled between Jun-2025 and Oct-2025 to support its relaunch, including the unserved Jeju-Yangyang route from Aug-20251. The rebranding followed Fly Gangwon's acquisition by Winix in Jul-20242.
