PANYNJ and American Airlines previously launched the USD125 million Terminal eight commercial redevelopment, delivered by JFK T8 Innovation Partners, a JV led by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, to create a new Great Hall and add over 60 retail and F&B outlets.1 Concession selections and openings were phased through 2025, including The Boroughs Food Hall tenants and additional duty free brands, with all leasable space awarded.2 3 PANYNJ also opened an Eataly outlet in Terminal eight, its first North American airport location.4
