Philippine Airlines previously scheduled twice weekly Manila-Palau from 29-Mar-2026 using 199-seat A321ceo equipment, with United Airlines also operating the route, according to OAG.1 PAL Express was also scheduled to commence twice weekly Manila-Saipan from 29-Mar-2026 with A321 equipment, and was set to be the sole scheduled operator.2 PAL president Richard Nuttall said the airline’s restructuring delivered “very positive” results and positioned it for growth as a full service carrier.3
