Hudson Group’s planned acquisition of a controlling stake in OHM Concession Group in 4Q2019/1Q2020 did not complete, and Hudson later terminated the agreement after the closing deadline lapsed.1 2 OHM previously operated concessions such as the Beach House Restaurant & Bar at Atlantic City International Airport and opened a Chick-fil-A franchise at Albany International Airport.3 4 OTG also pursued growth initiatives, including a partnership with Starbucks and a USD1.3 billion refinancing led by investors including Oaktree and Centerbridge.5 6
