Northern Territory Airports identifies low VFR and return low visitation as factors affecting growth

Northern Territory Airports director of operations and customer experience Jim Paroshos, at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, noted (03-Aug-2015) the regional market is "a high yielding market". However, the airports are tending to receive "once in a lifetime visitors" with "low VFR", and Mr Paroshos identified the "challenge" for airports in the market category to address the "ceiling" by "finding new markets".
