Norse Atlantic Airways SVP of people Miika Inkilainen, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (22-Nov-2024) the carrier has been able to attract and retain staff "because we're a small carrier, we're agile". Mr Inkilainen said: "We can upgrade pilots to captain earlier than legacy carriers".
