New Terminal One previously partnered with US Customs and Border Protection to launch Enhanced Passenger Processing, using biometric identity technology supported by iProov, to speed eligible passenger inspections at JFK.1 It also selected Vanderlande to design, build and maintain the terminal's baggage handling system, with Vanderlande also supporting systems integration and operations readiness.2 NTO appointed multiple service partners including JLL for facility maintenance and Wilson James for passenger assistance services.3 4
