Nanjing Lukou International Airport to commence Phase II construction

China's Jiangsu Provincial Government announced Nanjing Lukou International Airport is scheduled to commence Phase II expansion in Feb-2010, including a new 200,000 sqm terminal and 3,600 m second runway, capable of handling A380 equipment (Xinhua, 07-Jan-2010). The project will increase capacity to 30 million passengers and 800,000 tonnes of cargo p/a.
