Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, through its subsidiary Perspektiva, acquired Moscow Domodedovo Airport, which had experienced a 55% decline in passengers in 2025 and accumulated RUB75 billion in debt. The facility comprised 25 companies operating at a loss, with no airfield infrastructure investment for decades.
