Moldovan Govt to continue to seek pathways to terminating Chisinau Airport concession contract

Moldova's Government reported (29-Aug-2019) no consultation has been conducted between the government and NR Investments for the latter's acquisition of a 95% stake in Chisinau International Airport concessionaire Avia Interest. Prime Minister Maia Sandu and Minister for the Economy and Infrastructure Vadim Brînzan informed NR Investments' representatives that the concession contract currently being examined by the prosecutor's office "is abusive and has serious legal problems".
