Modalis Infrastructure Partners expecting 'bright spots' for airport development in 2026

Modalis Infrastructure Partners head of airportIR and industry research Khair Mirza, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia, stated (31-Oct-2025) there will be "some bright spots" in adding airport capacity, including new airports and terminals, in Asia Pacific in 2026. Mr Mirza also noted it is "very challenging" for airport operators to deliver major capacity programmes.
