Mexicana announced plans to relaunch its operations have flopped after PC Capital failed to provide the money needed to restart (Reuters/Bloomberg, 02-Mar-2011). Mexico's Communications and Transportation Ministry will reportedly analyse new proposals to bring the carrier out of bankruptcy.
