Melrose to sell baggage handling subsidiary Crisplant

Melrose, an engineering conglomerate, plans to sell baggage handling subsidiary Crisplant to distribution systems company, Beumer for approximately EUR30 million, to reduce its debt (Sharecast.com, 24-Aug-09).
