Melbourne Airport: "Melbourne Airport has achieved overall passenger growth of 3%, a strong result in a difficult operating environment for the aviation industry. The international market has performed particularly strongly, increasing by 10% for the quarter, and up by 14% in the month of September alone. This has meant that, for the first time, Melbourne Airport has surpassed five million international passengers in a 12 month period," Chris Woodfull, Melbourne Airport CEO, Source: Company statement, 20-Oct-2009.
