Philippine Airlines planned to start transferring turboprop services from Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Clark International Airport from 26-Oct-2025, following a Manila Slot Coordination Committee resolution that postponed the full withdrawal deadline for turboprops from NAIA from Oct-2025 to Mar-20261. The policy aimed to maximise NAIA's single runway for larger aircraft, with a phased transfer of turboprop operations beginning by 30-Mar-20252.
