Malindo Air: 'We are going to focus on expanding in the regional range'

Malindo Air head of sales David Raj, speaking at the CAPA Airline Fleet & Finance Summit 2016, said (03-Mar-2016) the carrier has identified "an opportunity for us to capture and grow" as other carriers in the market restructure. Mr Raj added: "We don't want to get too ambitious with new aircraft types and long-range destinations so we are going to focus on expanding in the regional range, up to seven hours of flight."
