Malaysia Airlines took delivery of a 737 MAX eight on 14-May-2026, powered by LEAP-1B27 engines, per the CAPA Fleet Database.1 It previously announced the arrival of its 16th 737 MAX eight at Kuala Lumpur, and expected two more MAX eight deliveries in May-2026.2 Malaysia Airlines also received a leased 737 MAX eight on 06-Apr-2026, also fitted with LEAP-1B27 engines.3
