Brisbane Airport CEO Gert-Jan de Graaff said Malaysia Airlines’ planned uplift on Kuala Lumpur‑Brisbane to six times weekly from 16-Aug-2026 and daily from 25-Oct-2026 signalled confidence in the market, and he said the airport looked forward to welcoming the A330neo1. Brisbane previously reported the route resumed on 29-Nov-2025 with A330-300s and no other operators, adding over 75,000 inbound seats p/a2.
