Malaga Airport officially opens Terminal 3

Spain's Malaga Airport officially opened Terminal 3 on 15-Mar-2010, with the terminal to be usable by passengers from 16-Mar-2010 (Typically Spanish, 15-Mar-2010). The EUR300 million terminal includes a new transport hub, with taxi and bus terminals and a train station to open at the end of the year. The terminal has the capacity to handle 13 million passenger p/a, increasing the airport's overall capapcity to 27 million passengers p/a (DFNIOnline/Trend, 15-Mar-2010). Aldeasa also opened four new stores in the terminal, covering 2,900 sqm.
