Magnetic Engines expanded its CFM56-5B cooperation with Lufthansa subsidiary Group Engine Management, building on an agreement signed in May-2025.1 2 Magnetic Engines also received South African Civil Aviation Authority approval for the full scope of its capabilities, which Magnetic said enabled direct cooperation with airlines in South Africa, where its operations focused on CFM56-3 and CFM56-7 engines.3 Magnetic reported 2024 output of 57 engines repaired (+36% YoY) and a 30% workshop expansion, while progressing LEAP capability development.4
