Lufthansa sees “unlimited possibility” for the A380 in Asia

Lufthansa VP Asia Pacific, Uwe Mueller, stated there is "unlimited possibility" for the carrier to deploy the A380 in the region (Bloomberg, 21-Oct-2009). The carrier is due to take delivery of five A380s in 2010. Lufthansa also stated it has not made any recent changes to its Asia Pacific operations or withdrawn from routes, as Asia is a "booming market" and is averaging load factors of approximately 80% to the region.
