Lufthansa: More personalised pricing expected in airline industry

Lufthansa VP airline sales Tamur Goudarzi Pour, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit, stated (16-Apr-2018) while the airline industry is unlikely to see any more booking classes over the next five to 10 years it will see more personalised pricing. In addition, Mr Goudarzi Pour believes non flight products will be added to a large extent.
