Lufthansa Group previously reported that Lufthansa and Lufthansa CityLine renewed EMAS certification (in accordance with ISO 14001), with validation at Munich and Frankfurt hubs running to 31-May-20271 2. Lufthansa’s Frankfurt hub was also validated for the first time under the EU EMAS regulation, following Munich and Lufthansa CityLine3. Elsewhere in the group, Eurowings and Discover Airlines each secured first-time EMAS validations, with Eurowings planning to extend certification to pan-European locations in 20264 5.
