London Gatwick Airport reports busiest June ever in Jun-2016

London Gatwick Airport reported (11-Jul-2016) passenger numbers increased 9% year-on-year to 4.2 million in Jun-2016, marking its busiest June ever. Details include:

• Passenger numbers: 4.2 million, +8.5% year-on-year;
• Cargo volume: 6494 tonnes, +61.2%;
• Aircraft movements: 25,757, +3.5%.
