LM-100J reaches production milestones, first flight planned for 2017

Lockheed Martin announced (18-Apr-2016) the LM-100J commercial freighter reached major production assembly milestones. The aircraft is expected to make its first flight in 2017 then commence US FAA certification. The aircraft is the civil-certified version of the C-130J Super Hercules and an updated version of the L-100/L-382 freighter. [more - original PR]
