Ryanair confirmed it planned “zero growth in Lithuania” for winter 2025/26, citing rising airport access costs at Vilnius and Palanga since 2023, and said it would respond to fee reductions with a plan to double traffic to 2.8 million seats, add 10 routes and base three additional aircraft at Vilnius1. Ryanair also scheduled flat summer 2026 capacity, with Ryanair head of communications CEE and Baltics Alicja Wójcik-Gołębiowska attributing it to higher charges including a 30% hike at Vilnius2.
