Leeds Bradford Airport withdrew five certificates of lawful development applications in Sep-2023 after Leeds City Council raised queries over the accuracy of its supporting data, with CEO Vincent Hodder saying further analysis led it to resubmit four new applications backed by additional flight data.1 Leeds City Council later delayed a ruling on the airport’s bid for immunity from enforcement for certain low-noise night flights, citing the need to consider all evidence.2 3
