LCCs continue to lead the way with ancillaries

Travel in Motion managing director and partner Daniel Friedli, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (27-Oct-2016) "the low cost airlines are doing a very good job" with e-retailing and ancillaries. He said "the other airlines are trying" but are handicapped by legacy systems and a legacy mindset.
