LATAM Airlines Peru CEO projects traffic growth in Peru to 150m in 2050

LATAM Airlines Peru CEO Manuel van Oordt Fernandez, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Latin America & Caribbean, said (09-Sep-2025) air travel in Peru has grown seven fold in the last 25 years and "if you keep that trend in the next five years, 10 years, 15 years we will be sitting here in 2050 with 150 million passengers".
