Landvetter Logistics Centre signs logistics centre development with Postnord at Gothenburg Airport

Swedavia property developer Landvetter Logistics Centre signed (06-Sep-2019) an agreement with Postnord TPL to build a new 46,000sqm logistics centre in Airport City Gothenburg adjacent to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport. The facility includes warehousing and logistics operations, offices, hotels, retail and workplaces. Phase one of the development covers approximately 20,000sqm and will be ready to receive occupants from 01-Jun-2020.
