Kuwait awards EUR20m ATM contract to Indra

Kuwait's General Directorate of Civil Aviation awarded Indra a EUR20 million contract at the end of Oct-2010 to provide advanced air traffic management automation technology (Aviation Today, 17-Nov-2010). The firm will also construct a back-up control centre for contingencies to guarantee safety of air operations. A training centre will maintain the systems for four years.
