Uzbekistan's Ministry of Transport reported it signed a new air traffic agreement with Kuwait at ICAO ICAN-2024, lifting restrictions on airlines operating between the two countries.1 Jazeera Airways previously launched twice weekly Kuwait-Tashkent A320neo services, described by CEO Rohit Ramachandran as supporting tourism and trade links.2 Jazeera Airways also planned twice weekly Kuwait-Samarkand flights from 01-Mar-2023.3
