Incheon International Airport Corporation had previously launched features in its Incheon Airport Guide App allowing passengers to estimate travel time from their location to the departure gate, including customisation for those parking at the airport or using taxis and rideshare services, with plans to extend this to public transport users in the future1. It also introduced real time car park information and payment solutions at the airport's parking facilities2.
