KLM: Digital is changing airline industry at 'unprecedented pace'

KLM president and CEO Pieter Elbers, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (27-Oct-2016) digital is changing the industry at an unprecedented pace, adding that digitalisation will provide "massive opportunities". He also stressed that the only way to move forward is to digitalise and for organisations to digitialise operations by equipping staff with the tools.
