KLM: 60% of klm.com visits through mobile

KLM president and CEO Pieter Elbers, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, noted (27-Oct-2016) there is a shift from mobile first to mobile only, adding that more than 60% of KLM visits are through mobile. He also said its store on the Alibaba platform has more visitors per day than it would have in a year.
