Kharkiv Airlines acquired by DCH Group

Kharkiv Airlines was acquired by DCH Group which purchased 99.99% of the company's shares from the Ukrainian State Property Fund (SPF) (Ukrainian News Agency, 11-Jun-2012). As previously reported by CAPA, the airline was sold for UAH1.2 million (EUR117,000) on 07-Jun-2012 however at the time the purchaser was not disclosed.
