Kelowna International Airport confirmed the opening of its expanded terminal in late Jan-2026, doubling the departures area and aiming to streamline security screening while adding F&B options and supporting future air service growth.1 It previously planned to open a new departures lounge and security checkpoint on 28-Jan-2026 after adding 5590sqm, with Phase one of the wider terminal expansion due to be fully completed by end-2026.2
