JetBlue Airways CEO extends employment contract to Jul-2022

JetBlue Airways announced (18-Feb-2020) CEO Robin Hayes will extend his employment contract at the airline until Jul-2022. The carrier also noted the following changes to its board of directors, in order to align with new governance guidelines:

  • Chairman Joel Peterson to retire in May-2020, succeeded by Peter Boneparth;
  • Vice chairman Frank Sica to retire in May-2020;
  • Stephen Gemkow to retire in May-2020;
