Japan MLITT: Preliminary Jun-2016 traffic shows strong international traffic growth

Japan MLITT reported (08-Aug-2016) the following preliminary traffic highlights in Jun-2016:

Passenger numbers:
- Domestic: 7.4 million, +1.5% year-on-year;
- International: 1.4 million, +8.5%;
Cargo volume:
- Domestic: 66,918 tons, -0.2%;
- International: 138,483, +10.5%.
